Bosch Truck Group

Shane Bosch has served as President and CEO of Bosch Truck Group since 2022.  With more than 20 years in the transportation industry, Shane has built his career around the International brand, and supporting customers across Western Canada.  Under his leadership, Bosch Truck Group was named North American Dealer of the Year in 2024, with all locations achieving Prestige Certification since inception, a reflection of consistent performance, operational discipline, and a strong customer-first culture.

Shane is actively involved in advancing the commercial trucking industry.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Canadian Truck Dealers (CTD) Association, a division of CADA, and is the 2026 Chairman of the International Truck Dealers Council for Canada.  He also contributes to key International Truck initiatives, including Commercial Transformation 2030 (CT30), and has served on the Board of Directors for the Motor Dealers’ Association of Alberta since 2022.

At his core, Shane is passionate about the industry and, even more so, about his people.  He believes strong organizations are built through trust, accountability, and collaboration, and he works to create an environment where teams feel supported, empowered, and proud of the work they do.

Outside of the business, Shane is committed to giving back through charitable and community initiatives.  He also enjoys travelling and spending time with his two teenage sons, whether skiing in the winter or wakesurfing in the summer.

Matt Januska's career in finance indeed reflects a remarkable trajectory. Starting as an external auditor at Glover International Trucks Ltd. in 2006, he demonstrated significant promise and expertise. His transition to Controller in 2009 and then to Chief Financial Officer in 2012 highlights his growing influence and leadership within the company. His role as CFO has been pivotal in ensuring the financial stability of Glover International Trucks Ltd.

Januska's background includes studying at the University of Alberta, where he laid the groundwork for his finance career. His experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM (formerly Collins Barrow), including completing his articling and earning his Chartered Accountant designation, provided him with a solid foundation in financial practices and accounting principles. His career progression underscores a blend of technical skills and strategic insight, making him a valuable asset to his organization.

Outside of work, Matt is a dedicated family man. He has been married to Jacquie for 20 years, and they have three children who are actively involved in the competitive dance scene in Central Alberta. His commitment to his family extends to his volunteer work, having served on the board of his children’s dance studio for the past five years.

In his downtime, Matt enjoys spending summer days in his backyard with his family and two dogs. Although he and his family occasionally take vacations, their home life and family activities remain central to their enjoyment.

Rod Hayes is Manager of Truck Sales and Idealease at Glover International Trucks Ltd., bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the transportation industry.  His journey began at Thermo King as a technician working on diesel refrigeration systems, where he honed his skills and expertise, eventually climbing the ranks to the position of General Manager.

Twelve years ago, Rod made the strategic move to join Glover as an Account Manager, showcasing his dedication to customer satisfaction and leadership.  Recognizing his exceptional contributions and commitment, Rod was welcomed as a partner in the company five years ago, solidifying his position as a key figure in the organization’s success. 

Rod’s profound knowledge, hands-on experience, and proven track record make him a valuable asset to Glover, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence for our business and our customers.

In his spare time, Rod spends time with his wife Nancy, two children Brooklynn and Kaden at the local hockey arena or in the mountains.
